Ecuamex Properties is the result of the expertise and dedication of two partners, Kleber Carrillo and Pedro Roque, whose combined experience in framing and home building in the Atlanta area goes back many years. Kleber started framing houses in 1992 and Pedro started in the framing, siding and cornice business in 1993.

Kleber Carrillo and Pedro Roque have been building since 2000 in Gainesville, Cumming, Dahlonega, Suwanee, Buford, Sandy Springs, Marietta, and Buckhead. Their main goal is the buyer’s satisfaction and the highest standards of quality in each house they build. They limit the number of house to four or five a year in order to best cater to each buyer’s need.
